Blessé en août dernier lors d’un match amical face à Manchester United, Mathias Pogba squatte depuis les couloirs de l’infirmerie et a loupé carrément le début de saison avec le crewe alexandra.
Le meilleur buteur du crewe de la saison dernière (16 buts) souffre d’un problème au genou. Son entraîneur qui regrettait sa blessure semble aujourd’hui très optimiste quant au retour du guinéen. « Pogs travaille dure et progresse tout le temps. Il a travaille assez l’endurance surtout au niveau du genou et sa détermination à revenir le plutôt que possible » a déclaré Steve Davis sur le site officiel du club.
Avant de contacté cette blessure, le joueur guinéen avait déjà subi une opération au mois d’avril 2013 et ne semble plus se débarrasser des blessures. Mais un retour en forme ferait assez de bien au Crewe qui se plaint de l’absence de son buteur.
