Après avoir bien fêté la montée en Ligue 2 avec le FC Nantes, Waldemar Kita, le président des Canaris, va devoir se frotter à un litige qui dure depuis janvier 2012.
En effet, jeudi, le FCNA sera devant le TAS pour tenter de ficeler le dossier du transfert d’Ismaël Bangoura.
L’attaquant guinéen était arrivé lors du Mercato d’hiver en provenance d’Al Nasr. Mais le club des Emirats Arabes Unis reproche au FC Nantes d’avoir recruté Bangoura (ndlr : qui n’était plus payé depuis des mois) alors qu’il était encore officiellement sous contrat.
Jugé dans l’affaire, le club de Waldemar Kita et le joueur avaient été condamnés à verser 4,5 millions d’euros au club des Emirats.
Et Nantes s’était vu aussi interdire tout transfert pendant une période d’un an. Les deux parties seront donc entendues ce jeudi sans qu’une décision soit attendue dans la foulée.
