Deux semaines après avoir perdu le titre de champion de Guinée suivi du limogeage de son entraineur (Théophile Bola), le Satellite FC a encore cédé ce mercredi face l’Association sportive des forces armées de Guinée (ASFAG) dans les épreuves de tirs aux buts à l’occasion des matchs de barrage des 16e de finales de la coupe nationale au stade annexe du 28septembre .
Pourtant , tout a bien commencé pour le vice-champion de Guinée qui a réussi à ouvrir le score dès l’entame de la rencontre. Un résultat qui amènera les deux équipes à la pause avec un léger avantage pour le satellite. Mais, le scénario s’est inversé à la reprise de la seconde mi-temps lorsque les militaire réussiront à égaliser sur penalty ,transformé par Alpha Barry (1-1) au terme du temps réglementaire.
Finalement cette rencontre a trouvé son dénouement dans les épreuves de tirs aux butx ( 3 contre 2) qui a connu l’élimination prématurée du Satellite FC dont l’ambition était de rafler ce trophée après avoir cédé le titre de champion au Horoya AC à deux journées de la fin du championnat.
